Location: SOL Coffee - Business Bay

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. If you love coffee, care about quality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

-Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to shop standards

-Provide friendly and professional customer service

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and equipment

-Monitor workflow and ensure smooth bar operations during busy hours

Skills

-Able to communicate clearly, politely, and confidently with customers

-Strong knowledge of menu items and drink ingredients

-Good understanding of coffee beans, origins, and flavor profiles

-Able to explain and recommend coffee profiles / extraction methods based on customer preferences

-Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and tamping techniques

-Able to perform espresso extraction according to defined shot profiles with consistency

-Strong attention to detail; ensure quality control before serving (no substandard drinks served)

-Able to handle high-volume service (approximately 120 cups per hour)

-Team player with the ability to manage bar operations, support team members, and handle busy situations efficiently

-Previous experience in specialty coffee is preferred
