About the company :


We are a niche player in the wealth management industry. The company services high net worth clients

who want to allocate part of their portfolio to alternative assets, including physical precious metals (gold, silver, platinum

and palladium), as ‘wealth insurance’. The company has a diverse global clientele ranging from high net worth individuals,

family offices, investment funds and precious metals trading companies. The company also provides fully insured custody of

physical precious metals in high security vaults around the world.


Job Descriptions :


  • Handle clients account opening and periodic KYC/AML reviews, including gathering the necessary documents,

performing due diligence and KYC checks, and preparing account opening confirmation

  • Manage CRM and ensure completeness of clients records and order forms
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g. Operations and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of clients’ orders
  • Prepare, compile and send trade related documents and periodic reporting package to clients
  • Liaise with High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth clients and handle their enquiries in person, on email or telephonically
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients through client retention plans, improving client experience and anticipating

client needs

  • Liaise with introducers, business partners, and service providers as necessary
  • Assist with other projects and tasks on ad-hoc basis

Skills

Qualifications and experience:


  • Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate; at best, within precious metals/commodity

trading is desired

  • Minimum diploma holder in Business Administration or a related field


Skills and expertise:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English any other languages is a plus
  • You have a high level of reliability, professionalism and respect confidentiality
  • You can collaborate as well as work independently
  • Effective interpersonal skills and are good at network/relationship building
  • Extreme attention to detail and understanding of the adverse consequences of errors for the business
  • Interest to modern customer relationship management and digital marketing
