Talent Tide is partnering with a leading Dubai government entity to appoint a Senior Strategy Manager ( Emirati) . This role will lead strategic planning initiatives, drive institutional excellence, and ensure alignment with government priorities and future-focused objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with government vision
Translate strategy into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes
Oversee strategic projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Develop and monitor KPIs/KRIs to drive performance and decision-making
Conduct research and future foresight studies to identify trends and opportunities
Drive institutional excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Support digital and organizational transformation programs
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Strategic Planning, or a related field
Minimum 11+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or a related field
Strong background in strategic planning, performance management, and project delivery
Experience working within government or large complex organizations is preferred
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, scenario planning)
