Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily bank transactions against the general ledger, meticulously identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Investigate and correct outstanding items, such as uncleared checks and deposits in transit, by collaborating with internal departments and banks.
  • Prepare and analyze bank reconciliation reports, providing insightful summaries of financial activity and highlighting potential risks.
  • Manage and maintain banking relationships, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure smooth financial operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bank reconciliation or a related accounting role, showcasing practical application of skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel, demonstrating technical competence.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliation procedures, ensuring a solid foundation.

  • Proficiency in SAP
