Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily financial records and transactions

  • Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally

  • Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and basic reports

  • Handle data entry and maintain proper documentation

  • Support bank reconciliations and petty cash management

  • Assist senior accountant in monthly closing tasks

  • Ensure accuracy of financial records

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic qualification in Accounting / Commerce (Diploma or Bachelor’s preferred but not mandatory)

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Familiarity with Tally ERP (preferred)

  • Good understanding of MS Excel

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Willingness to learn and grow
