Roles & Responsibilities
Production planning in coordination with project management and supply chain.
Material, Machine and manpower management.
Preparation of work order for production.
Production Monitoring and Control.
Using Lean tools to solve problems, measure performance, analyze and optimize work processes
Collection of daily production data and preparing daily shift reports
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area
Report equipment issues or material shortages to supervisors
Material consumption posting in SAP.
Product confirmation in SAP.
Raising transport requests to logistics department for finished products.
Training shop workers on their jobs.
Monthly and yearly stock count.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or technical certificate preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing or factory work preferred
Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures
Team player with good communication skills
2-4 years of experience in any manufacturing facility performing above tasks.
Basic computer skills. Experience in SAP or ERP system will be given first preference.
Teamwork and ability to work in a shift-based environment
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly
Reliability and punctuality (very important in production settings)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Problem-solving mindset for reporting issues quickly
IT & Systems Skills
Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP system for production tracking, reporting, or inventory updates
Basic understanding of ERP systems used in manufacturing operations
Ability to input and retrieve production data accurately in digital systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation
Quick learner for new manufacturing software and digital production tools
