Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to detect potential issues before they escalate into major problems.
  • Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to restore functionality promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections to track equipment performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or a related field is highly preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance or industrial maintenance roles.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics to effectively perform repairs and renovations.
  • Strong electrical knowledge, including familiarity with wiring, circuit systems, and safety regulations.
