Job Title: Foreman – Storm Water Project
Company: Desert Man Transporting and Contracting
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site activities related to storm water and drainage works
Lead and manage site crews, operators, and subcontractors
Execute works including pipe laying, manholes, catch basins, culverts, and drainage networks
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and project schedules
Monitor daily progress and report to Project Engineers/Managers
Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards
Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site
Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations and local authority requirements
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience as a Foreman in storm water or drainage projects
Strong knowledge of storm water systems and infrastructure works
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Proven leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi municipality regulations and standards
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related field
UAE experience in infrastructure and utilities projects
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
