Purpose: As Lead Inspection Coordinator, lead activities to ensure that all equipment, materials, and processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing the inspection activities to ensure compliance and safety as noted in the project requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: The Lead Inspection Coordinator: ? Ensures that equipment and services are inspected and delivered in full compliance with budget, required quantities, contractual agreements, expected quality and project requirements. ? Primarily be responsible for monitoring and managing the inspection & test plans of the critical equipment and materials associated with well pads and pipeline projects. During the execution of the order and until final delivery, ensure the Vendor's quality and inspection steps are fulfilled and compliant with the contractual requirements and specifications. ? Directly coordinate and guide the third-party inspection activities for the scope of purchase orders. Follow a policy of ‘no carry over work', meaning to strive for the full completion of inspection activities before the collection of material, hence, focus on avoiding or clearing out punch lists and outstanding work lists in a diligent manner. ? This pivotal role collaborates with the project team (i.e., Project Procurement Manager, Expeditors, Package Engineer, Purchasers, Warranty Surveyors). ? Review and be responsible for the Vendor documentation and guide the process to ensure compliance with Client specifications and other Project requirements. ? Generate and maintain a Vendor Inspection Plan for the assigned scope of work. ? Ensure that key issues arising from Inspection visits are brought to the immediate attention of the Project Quality Manager and/or Deputy Project Quality Manager. ? Ensure that the Project protocol for the issue of Inspection Release Notes, Inspection Waivers and Issue of Punch lists is implemented ? Monitor and report through the role of the Source Inspection Coordinators that 3rd-Party and Class Inspection requirements are identified within Vendors' ITPs, implemented through P.O. Execution and are completed at the time of issue of Inspection Release Notes. ? Receive and review inspection reports from the Source Inspectors, ensuring that Inspection Reports, Non-Conformance Reports, Inspection Release Notes and Punch-List/Outstanding Work Lists are issued to the Project. ? Participate in the setup of package inspection levels and Inspection Matrix, to log inspection data in inspection trackers with the help of Source Inspection Coordinators, and to liaise with the Certifying Authority and Client for their involvement in the inspection process. ? Coordinate and liaise with engineering, construction, client and CA representatives and ensure adequate attendance during pre-fabrication, pre-inspection meetings with selected suppliers and during intermediate inspections and/or FAT, as per project requirements ? Monitor HSSE issues and act upon if needed. ? Perform quality audits, as and when required. ? Leads the quality investigation efforts when serious quality issues are identified. ? Periodic travel for customer and vendor contacts or for site support, may be required.

Experience and Qualifications: ? Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree from a university and/or engineering school and have at least 10 years of previous inspection coordination experience. ? Must have good knowledge of Oil & Gas industry quality standards, Inspection test requirements for complex equipment. ? Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. ? 5+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry handling complex equipment, package equipment, valves, electrical cables, ESDVs, line pipes, various instruments, etc. ? Experience as a Field or Source Inspector is a plus. ? Qualifications in CSWIP/AWS, NACE, NDT, CompEx/IECEx are a plus ? Strong understanding of quality documentations (i.e. MDRs/MRBs, ITPs, technical specifications, FAT procedures, manufacturing processes, QAQC plans, etc. ? Previous experience in TotalEnergies project(s) is a plus. ? Ability to remain calm under pressure. ? Should be able to work as part of a team. ? Good oral & written communication skills and ability to explain & convince the Client / TPI.
