Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and execute detailed test cases for HPS/WAY4 payment processing systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functionalities and integrations.
• Perform thorough testing of financial transactions, including authorization, clearing, and settlement, to validate accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements, clarify ambiguities, and contribute to testability.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using a defect tracking system, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Qualifications; · Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology Software Engineering or related fields. · Preferred certification or coursework in Islamic Finance/Banking Minimum Experience: · 3- 5 years of experience .in software testing or quality assurance in the banking industry · Hands on experience in Core Banking applications and cards System HPS, way4 · Proficiency in test automation tools and test management systems. · Familiar with SQL, API Testing and basic scripting · having testing certification e.g ISTQB foundation Level or CSTE Certified Software Tester Testing Skills Experience: · understanding SDLC and STLC · experience in Test Planning and Strategy · experience in test case design · Defect Management · Testing types Knowledge · Automation testing
