Roles & Responsibilities
Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and coordination
Prepare and process sales documents such as offers, contracts, and MOUs
Maintain and update client databases, trackers, and CRM entries (Salesforce etc.)
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and follow-up communication
Liaise with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth transaction flow
Coordinate with clients for documentation and ensure timely submissions
Handle invoice preparation, payment follow-up, and data entry
Manage sales reports and compile performance data for team reviews
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all paperwork and sales records
Provide excellent internal and external customer service
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
2+ years of experience in a similar Sales Admin role (real estate preferred) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player with a positive attitude
