JOB TITLE
Product Manager | MAF Retail | UAE Corporate Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
The Product Manager role is responsible for defining core parts of the customer experience of a marketplace product, driving critical decisions that we encounter as part of scalable growth across the globe. This means serving as end-to-end product owner of complex products, including building tracking mechanisms and post-launch improvements. The Product Manager will partner with teams across Technology, Operations, Marketing and Account Management / Business Development.
ROLE PROFILE

• Proven ability to develop and manage a technical product roadmap aligned with business growth strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and specifications.
• Experience defining product vision and communicating progress, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders.
• Hands-on leadership of Agile/Scrum teams with strong backlog planning and prioritisation capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience delivering products on time while managing scope, cost, and delivery trade-offs.
• Strong technical understanding to ensure product stability, scalability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analysing post-launch metrics to drive growth and continuous improvement.
• Proven people and organisational skills, including performance management, training coordination, and policy compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience owning and delivering digital products.
• Strong background combining solid business understanding with high-quality digital product delivery.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, startups, or fast-paced digital environments.
• Proven capability in developing product strategies and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple business functions, with full professional proficiency in English.
