Roles & Responsibilities

• Spearhead the planning and execution of structural strengthening and retrofit projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
• Oversee the assessment of existing structures, identifying weaknesses and developing effective retrofit strategies to enhance their performance.
• Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing environment.
• Conduct thorough site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognised university, providing a solid foundation in structural principles.

• Holds a Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and ethical practice.

• Certified in relevant industry standards like ACI or similar, showcasing specialised knowledge in concrete and structural applications.

• Brings a minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on strengthening and retrofit projects.
