Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role: As an HR Manager in Riyadh, you will lead and oversee all human resources functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, labor law compliance, performance management, and HR strategy development for our growing organization. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent Oversee employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, updating policies as needed Design and administer performance management systems, including appraisals and development plans Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and support professional development Provide HR metrics and reports to senior leadership to inform decision-making Lead employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive work environment Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5-12 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region Strong expertise in HR management practices, employee relations, and talent acquisition Deep knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance requirements Proven experience designing and implementing performance management systems Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and HR analytics Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization
