Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage day-to-day workshop operations

2. Lead, train, and support a team of technicians and mechanics Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex vehicle issues Accurately

3. identify mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic tools

4. Ensure high-quality repair and maintenance services, especially for German car brands.

5. Review job cards, estimates, and repair orders for accuracy and completeness

6. Maintain workshop productivity, efficiency, and safety standards

7. Communicate effectively with customers regarding technical issues and repair timelines

8. Coordinate with parts department for timely availability of components

9. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies

10. Monitor and improve workflow processes to maximize efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 15+ years of experience in automotive repair, with supervisory experience

2. preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (mechanical and electrical systems)

3. Proven experience working with German vehicles is mandatory Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic equipment and software

4. Solid understanding of modern automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical System.)

5. Leadership and team management skills

6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

8. Strong communication and organizational skills

9. Valid driver’s license

10. Technical certification or diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field

11. Experience with dealership or high-end automotive workshops

12. Knowledge of health & safety regulations in automotive environments
