Position Title: Operations Manager - Real Estate Platform & Mobile App

Salary: up to 30,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the client:
A Dubai based, growing tech-enabled real estate business backed by a diversified holding groupserving the region.
Job Descriptions:
• Oversee daily operations of the platform across all functional areas
• Continuously improve efficiency across onboarding, listings, payments, and support
• Coordinate UAT sign-off and ensure all critical issues are resolved prior to launch
• Oversee property onboarding, listing quality, and platform content standards
Qualifications:
• Educ Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience: minimum 5 years in managing RE platform operations in UAE
• Mobile App and platform are almost ready to go live so we need someone who is tech savy as well and can walk thru - partners, landlords, investors, on how to navigate the app.
• Good communication skills – professional with clients, investors and even residents
