We are currently recruiting for a highly strategic and hands-on Group Finance Manager on behalf of a fast-growing international organization operating across multiple countries and business entities. This opportunity is ideal for a finance leader who has experience managing regional or multi-country finance operations within a complex, fast-paced, and service-driven environment. The role goes beyond traditional accounting and reporting. The selected candidate will play a key role in financial planning, commercial finance, treasury management, operational finance, business expansion, process improvement, and finance transformation initiatives across the group. Key Responsibilities • Lead group-level financial reporting, consolidation, and performance analysis across multiple entities and international operations • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and group reporting standards • Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cash flow management, and board-level reporting • Provide financial modelling, commercial analysis, pricing evaluation, and business case assessments for new projects and contracts • Strengthen internal controls, finance governance, compliance frameworks, and operational finance processes across the organization • Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, working capital management, and cash flow optimization • Manage audit coordination, tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions • Support new country setups, operational expansion projects, and implementation of finance infrastructure and systems • Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders on contract reviews, negotiations, and strategic financial decisions • Drive ERP implementation, finance automation initiatives, dashboard reporting, and process standardization • Monitor business profitability, operational costs, financial efficiency, and capital expenditure across regional operations • Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple countries to ensure alignment, compliance, and performance consistency

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA is highly preferred • Proven experience in a regional or group finance leadership role covering multiple countries/entities • Strong background in financial reporting, consolidation, treasury, FP&A, and commercial finance • Experience working in multinational, regional, or high-volume operational businesses • Strong understanding of IFRS, audit, compliance, taxation, and governance frameworks • Exposure to ERP systems, finance transformation, automation, and reporting dashboards • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving business environment • Prior experience handling regional finance operations across the GCC, Middle East, Africa, Asia, or international markets is advantageous Please note: Due to client requirements and business considerations, certain nationality restrictions may apply for this position.
