Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Integration: Lead the physical installation of CCTV cameras (IP and Analog), NVRs, DVRs, and related storage servers.
• Structured Cabling: Perform professional cabling tasks, including PVC/EMT conduit installation, trunking, tray work, and pulling Cat6 or Fiber Optic cables.
• Termination & Testing: Expertly handle RJ45 crimping, I/O termination, and patch panel dressing. Conduct continuity and signal testing to ensure system integrity.
• System Configuration: Configure IP addresses, subnet masks, and gateways for network cameras. Set up remote viewing on mobile devices and desktops.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware and software faults in existing systems. Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure 24/7 uptime.
• Site Surveys: Assist in site evaluations to determine optimal camera placement and cable routing paths.
• Compliance: Ensure all installations meet UAE local authorities' standards (such as SIRA in Dubai or MCC in Abu Dhabi).

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with major brands (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, or Hanwha).
• Cabling Proficiency: Mastery of structured cabling standards and containment installation.
• Networking Basics: Fundamental understanding of LAN/WAN, POE switches, and basic router configurations.
• Documentation: Ability to read floor plans, schematic diagrams, and maintain accurate site reports.
• Driving License: Must possess a valid UAE Manual or Automatic Driving License.
• Communication: Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
