We’re partnering with a boutique architectural consultancy in Abu Dhabi at a genuinely exciting point in their journey. Off the back of winning a very high‑end, design‑driven residential/mixed‑use project in the city, they are now looking for a Senior Design Architect to join the team and help drive the initial design of a large scale, high-end residential project
Responsibilities
- Leading design concepts from initial brief to detailed design
- Producing and coordinating high-quality design documentation and technical drawings
- Collaborating closely with project teams, client and Design Director
- Ensuring design quality and consistency is maintained across all project deliverables
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in architecture with a design focus, ideally within a UAE or GCC practice
- Strong conceptual design ability with an impressive portfolio across high-end residential projects
- Proficiency in AI, AutoCAD, Rhino or SketchUp, and/or other design and 3D visualisation tools
- Highly motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a design-led environment
Benefits- This is a short contract 2-3 months maximum with a few to look at further work if it goes well
