Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily palace operations across all departments (maintenance, housekeeping, gardening, security, agriculture, stores/warehouses, vehicles management, procurement, etc.).

  • Assist the Palace Manager in planning, organizing, and executing daily schedules and priorities.

  • Monitor staff performance and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

  • Follow up on maintenance requests, repairs, and operational issues until completion.

  • Manage procurement requests and ensure timely purchasing of required materials and services.

  • Oversee inventory control and warehouse/store management.

  • Monitor fleet and vehicle usage, maintenance, and scheduling.

  • Prepare reports, updates, and operational summaries for management review.

  • Ensure smooth communication between all teams and management.

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, guest arrangements, and special requirements.

  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.

  • Ensure compliance with palace procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in operations, administration, or executive coordination roles.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, reporting systems).

  • Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities under pressure.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, estates, or large facilities is an advantage.
