Roles & Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a driven and analytically sharp Market Research Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate shall bring 5–6 years of hands-on experience in primary and secondary market research, with the ability to translate data into actionable business intelligence. This role will be critical in guiding product, sales, and marketing strategies across our segments and business lines.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Research Design & Execution 

  • Design, develop, and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies (surveys, focus groups, interview and research). 

  • Identify target audiences and ensure appropriate sampling methodologies for reliable and representative data. 

  • Manage end-to-end fieldwork operations, including vendor coordination and quality assurance. 


Data Analysis & Reporting 

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of research data using statistical tools and platforms. 

  • Synthesize multi-source data into compelling, insight-driven reports and executive presentations for actionable results. 

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics on an ongoing basis. 


Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to define research objectives aligned with business goals. 

  • Present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear, actionable format. 

  • Act as an internal subject matter expert on market intelligence and consumer insights. 

Desired Candidate Profile


Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 


Experience 

  • 5–6 years of progressive experience in market research, consumer insights, or business intelligence roles. 

  • Prior experience in a B2B environment or within industries such as industrial gases, manufacturing, energy, or technology is highly desirable. 

  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle research projects from brief to final presentation. 



Technical Skills 

  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis tools: SPSS, SAS, Excel (advanced), or equivalent. 

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. 

  • Experience with online survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.) and panel management. 

  • Strong command of secondary research databases and sources (Euromonitor, Statista, IBIS World, etc.). 

Soft Skills 

  • Exceptional analytical thinking with an ability to connect data points into strategic narratives. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives. 

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. 

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
