Roles & Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a results-driven Deputy Manager – Sales to lead and grow our industrial products business. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, and driving revenue targets across sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, and allied industries. The incumbent will work closely with senior sales leadership to execute market strategies and build long-term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Own and achieve assigned sales targets and revenue budgets for the industrial product portfolio. 

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target verticals and geographies. 

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts through regular engagement, contract renewals, and upselling. 

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations. 

  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. 

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. 

  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems. 

  • Support the Sales Head in preparing monthly/quarterly business reviews and strategic plans. 

  • Guide and mentor junior sales executives to build overall team capability. 

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and client visits. 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 

  • 6–10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in industrial products, gases, equipment, or allied sectors. 

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. 

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations and pricing. 

  • Exposure to key industrial verticals: oil & gas, petrochemicals, manufacturing, or construction. 

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting. 

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

  • Exceptional analytical thinking with an ability to connect data points into strategic narratives. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives. 

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. 

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
