Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and related equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patch management for servers and infrastructure components.

• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of on-premise systems.

• Support capacity planning and resource utilization to meet business requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and issues.

• Coordinate with network, security, and application teams to support system operations.

• Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.

• Ensure compliance with data center standards, policies, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in IT principles.

• Holds relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP, demonstrating expertise in data center technologies.

• Demonstrates 5 years of experience in data center operations or systems administration, showcasing practical experience in the field.

• Exhibits a deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
