Roles & Responsibilities
Administer cloud database platforms including provisioning, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery.
Design and maintain high availability and disaster recovery configurations.
Perform database performance tuning and capacity planning.
Implement database security controls including access management, encryption, and auditing.
Automate database operations where feasible and document operational procedures.
Support production incidents and root cause analysis related to database services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases in cloud environments.
Proven expertise in backup, recovery, HA/DR, and performance tuning.
Experience with automation and scripting for database operations.
