Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to develop innovative outdoor spaces for residential, commercial, hospitality, and public projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing landscape concepts, planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation coordination, and presentation materials while ensuring designs meet client expectations, environmental standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings.

• Prepare planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation coordination drawings, and material selections.

• Create 2D/3D visual presentations, renderings, and mood boards for client approvals.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, irrigation teams, and project managers.

• Select appropriate plants, trees, materials, lighting, and outdoor furniture based on project requirements.

• Conduct site visits and assessments to analyze project conditions and constraints.

• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and landscape documentation.

• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and sustainability standards.

• Support project execution teams during construction and installation phases.

• Revise designs based on client feedback and site requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in landscape design projects.

• Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and outdoor design principles.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software.

• Good presentation and communication skills.

• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
