Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and detailed bill of quantities (BOQ) from drawings and specifications, ensuring all items are accounted for.
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess work completed, and identify any variations or discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of payment applications to clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation.

  • Holds a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant industry experience, indicating a developing understanding of construction projects.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in using relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimating software, enhancing technical skills.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements, ensuring adherence to regulations.
