The primary focus of this role is to generate broker revenue between AED 1M – 1.9M on a quarterly basis by leveraging and transitioning an existing client portfolio.
NATURE OF ROLE:
• Although titled Account Manager, this is a revenue-generating / client acquisition role
• Requires candidates who can migrate and build business from their own net-work / portfolio
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Someone currently in a similar role within a brokerage/insurance firm, handling corporate clients and capable of driving immediate revenue impact
TARGETS:
• Broker revenue target - 1-1.9M – It has to be 1M minimum
• How will they have it – when they have portfolio ranging from 10-20M (Including General & medical)
• Should currently manage a portfolio of AED 10M+
• Strong exposure to General Corporate Insurance (major focus)
• Working knowledge of Medical Insurance (secondary)
• Proven ability to bring in and convert existing client relationships from their current organization
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills
