Job description

Overview of the role:

 The role will have responsibilities including support to design the aftersales retention products, feasibility analysis based on market study, end to end operational and financial process design, proposal review with the stakeholders, marketing brief, monitoring and operational management of common products across all brands. The focus will be to improve the aftersales customer retention and experience. There will be more than one retention executive and each one will have brand or product specific focus.

 

What you will do:

  • Publish dashboard for the Retention product performance reflecting by brand and branches.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities and collect customer insights
  • Develop and implement Retention product marketing with marketing department. 
  • Conduct site visits (Gemba) to identify any retention related improvement opportunities
  • Produce feasibility study of new products.
  • Presentation skill to demonstrate the proposal to stake holders with clear road map
  • Process design of implementation including training plan, change management, operation flow, financial flow
  • Assist Retention Manager but doing the management of common retention products with stakeholders 

 

Skills

Required skills to be successful:

  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) & Interpersonal skills.
  • Good PC skills including proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Good understanding of processes, improvement action and best practices

 

About The Team:

The role will report to the Head of Retention and Loyalty in the Aftersales Center of Excellence function and you will be working alongside with other highly analytical, motivated, results driven and creative Retention and Loyalty team. You will be working in a dynamic and busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with different Stakeholders across the organization.

 

What Equips You For The Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Marketing or Business Management or equivalent.
  • Min 2 years’ experience in Marketing or Product management role. 
  • You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
