Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen market presence within the luggage and travel accessories sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in retail and distribution sales, team leadership, and strategic business development across the UAE/GCC market.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets
  • Manage and expand retail, wholesale, and online distribution channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and corporate clients
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure target achievement
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support business decisions
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management review
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Additional certifications in Sales, Retail Management, or Business Development will be an advantage
  • 5–10 years of proven sales experience within luggage, bags, travel accessories, or related retail industries
  • Strong experience in UAE/GCC retail and distribution markets
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, and distribution operations
  • Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
