Roles & Responsibilities


  • Conduct precise and accurate testing of raw milk, in-process samples, and finished dairy products using various analytical techniques, ensuring adherence to standardized protocols.

  • Perform routine quality control checks on laboratory equipment, including calibration and maintenance, to guarantee reliable and consistent results.

  • Analyze samples for fat content, protein levels, bacterial counts, and other critical parameters, providing data essential for product quality and safety.

  • Prepare reagents, media, and solutions necessary for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Solid long-term experience in dairy plant / dairy factory laboratory work

  • Hands-on experience in both physico-chemical analysis and microbiology testing

  • Familiarity with laboratory procedures, testing systems, and quality control processes

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field, providing a strong scientific foundation.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as a Certified Dairy Inspector (CDI) or equivalent, demonstrating specialized knowledge.

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a dairy laboratory setting, showcasing practical expertise.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in operating laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microbiological instruments, ensuring efficient and accurate testing.
