Roles & Responsibilities
· Identify, approach, and qualify new B2B and B2C customers for DU Home Internet services (wireless & fiber).
· Confidently explain plan features, demonstrate product value, and tailor solutions to customer needs.
· Ask the right questions, address objections, and secure subscriptions to exceed monthly sales targets.
· Log all activities, calls, and emails in the CRM; keep records accurate and up to date.
· Allocate and follow up on qualified leads, scheduling face-to-face meetings to progress them through the sales funnel.
