Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows-based servers, user workstations, and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure).
Support Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, printers, and basic networking.
Handle front-line deskside support and urgent incident response.
Set up new joiners, hardware swaps, peripherals, and MDM enrollment.
Assist with monitoring network performance, security updates, and antivirus management.
Support regular backups and ensure data integrity.
Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Manage access control, biometric enrollment, and office cabling/moves.
Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and support records.
Coordinate with local vendors, DU (telecom), and service providers for deliveries, support, and licensing.
Participate in on-call/after-hours rotation for urgent issues (triage & escalate).
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT administration or technical support.
Strong knowledge of Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals, security practices, and backup solutions.
Experience in hardware troubleshooting, MDM, and access control systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team.
