Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at achieving budgeted growth

  • Handle new store openings and new brands launch

  • Plan Marketing Calendars and ensure execution

  • Responsible for the financial performance of the brands in terms of same store growth, top line achievement etc

  • Utilize technology and social media platforms effectively to enhance brand building and presence for all brands.

  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure planned communication objectives are executed as per expectations

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable marketing plans.

  • Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and marketing operations in the food and beverage industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading marketing initiatives for multiple brands across diverse markets.

  • Experience in managing both ATL and BTL campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget constraints.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and measure ROI.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions and address challenges effectively.

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve common goals.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving tangible outcomes and achieving marketing objectives.
