Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to lead the design, execution, and management of HVAC systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality engineering solutions, compliance with standards, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the design and review of HVAC systems, including load calculations, ducting, piping, and equipment selection. · Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals. · Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local authority regulations. · Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for seamless project execution. · Preparing MSRA & Material Submittals. · Manage site execution, installation, and testing & commissioning (T&C) activities. · Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams. · Review contractor/vendor submissions and ensure quality standards are met. · Conduct energy analysis and optimization for HVAC systems. · Monitor project progress, timelines, and cost control. · Attend client meetings and provide technical support during project lifecycle. · Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues during installation and operation.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. · 6 – 10 + years of experience in HVAC design and execution. (site execution of plumbing works) · Strong knowledge of HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Duct Sizer, Pipe Sizer, ESP Calculation & Pump Head Calculations, AutoCAD). · Sound knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA). · Experience in handling multiple projects.
