Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and the UAE market

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users

  3. Promote and sell technical products/solutions to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  4. Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations

  5. Prepare and submit technical proposals, BOQs, submittals, and compliance documentation

  6. Coordinate with engineering and project teams for correct product selection and specifications

  7. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction

  8. Support site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities when required

  9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

  10. Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasts, and prepare regular sales reports

  11. Must have hands-on experience in thermal insulation, ducting systems, and building insulation materials/products within the UAE

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering or related technical field

  2. Proven experience in Sales Engineering or Technical Sales within UAE/GCC market

  3. Strong knowledge of MEP / construction / insulation / HVAC or related technical products (based on industry)

  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  5. Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents

  6. Strong client relationship management and business development skills

  7. Self-motivated with ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure

  8. UAE driving license preferred (or mandatory if required for client visits)

  9. Experience working with consultants, contractors, and project-based sales environment

  10. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
