Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential clients via phone to generate leads and qualify them for real estate opportunities.

  • Present property details, including features and benefits, to prospective buyers and investors to generate interest.

  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to guide them through the sales process and close deals effectively.

  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings for qualified leads to facilitate the sales cycle.

  • Need candidate from Real Estate Industry ( Preferred )

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Holds a Real Estate License or is willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  • Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or telemarketing, demonstrating a proven track record.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
