Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire document management process, ensuring all project documents are accurately stored, organized, and easily retrievable.
  • Implement and maintain a robust version control system to track changes and updates in project documentation, minimizing confusion and errors.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather, review, and finalize all necessary documentation, ensuring alignment with project timelines and standards.
  • Facilitate the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, ensuring they have access to up-to-date information for informed decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control within engineering, construction, or project management environments.
  • Certification in Document Control or Project Management (e.g., PMBOK, Princeis highly desirable.
  • Experience with document management systems (DMS) such as Aconex, Procore, or SharePoint is essential.
