Roles & Responsibilities
Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Staying aware of customer requirements including but not limited to credit facility monitoring and other documentation
Meeting the agreed targets for business growth both in terms of revenues and clientele size
Making sales calls as per the agreed frequency ensuring all main customers are regularly visited
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree with at-least 7 year experience of managing sales in a senior position
Experience of managing sales for landscaping, agri-input, nurseries or similar businesses
Very good understanding of UAE landscaping sector
Ability to lead a team of sales officers
Familiarity with market demand assessment and sales monitoring tools
Strong communications and presentation skills
