The Contracts Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration, coordination, and monitoring of contracts and commercial documentation across projects and operational departments within Barari Natural Resources. The role ensures compliance with company procedures, contractual obligations, and procurement standards while maintaining accurate records of contracts, subcontract agreements, variations, and vendor documentation. The role requires strong coordination with procurement, commercial, finance, project management, and legal teams to support efficient contract execution and operational continuity. Preference will be given to Arabic-speaking candidates with UAE experience in construction, landscaping, infrastructure, or facilities management sectors.
§ Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontract agreements, service agreements, and related commercial documentation. § Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, variation orders, claims, correspondence, and vendor documentation. § Monitor contract validity, expiration dates, insurance certificates, performance bonds, and contractual obligations. § Coordinate with procurement, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure contractual compliance and proper documentation. § Assist in tendering activities, bid evaluations, supplier prequalification, and commercial document reviews. § Track contractual milestones, deliverables, payment schedules, and renewals to ensure timely actions. § Support preparation and issuance of purchase agreements, work orders, and letters of award. § Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants regarding submissions, compliance requirements, and contract clarifications. § Assist in reviewing and processing variation orders, extension requests, and contractual claims.§ Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual procedures, and UAE regulations. § Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries related to contract status, vendor performance, and ongoing agreements. § Support audits and management reviews by providing accurate contractual records and documentation. § Maintain confidentiality and proper document control procedures for all contractual information. § Design and deploy HR analytics dashboards and workforce intelligence reports to support strategic HR decisions on various KPIs. § Drive automation of HR workflows including leave management, payroll processing, performance appraisals, and employee onboarding/offboarding using Oracle tools and RPA solutions. § Lead UAT, data migration, parallel payroll runs, cutover planning, and post-go-live support for HCM digital transformation projects. § Drive change management, develop training materials, and build HR user capability to ensure high adoption of digital HCM tools across all business units.§ Contract Administration: Efficient and accurate management of contracts and commercial documentation. § Compliance Monitoring: Timely tracking of contract obligations, renewals, and vendor compliance requirements. § Document Control: Well-maintained contractual records and organized filing systems. § Operational Support: Effective coordination between procurement, projects, finance, and legal teams. § Process Efficiency: Improved turnaround time for contract preparation, approvals, and documentation processes.Internal: Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and Project Teams.
