Job Description: • We are searching for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with expertise in mechanical systems for high-rise construction. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage projects, possess in-depth knowledge of MEP systems, and lead a team to ensure the successful delivery of MEP construction project. Responsibilities: • Oversee the implementation of MEP systems for high-rise construction projects. • Provide technical guidance to project teams and collaborate with stakeholders. • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications. • Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team. • Perform a comprehensive review of project scope, client requirements, BOQ, project milestones, and specifications from bid documents. • Initiate material inquiries with relevant suppliers and evaluate proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements. • Obtain material submittals from selected suppliers and prepare them in accordance with project specifications. • Provide clear technical guidance to the construction team, ensuring designs and drawings align with project requirements. • Identify and address conflicts and discrepancies within the project, communicating effectively with the project team. • Execute additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager.

Skills • Technically sound on applicable codes, standards, and regulations. • Ability to conduct mechanical analysis and calculations. • Ability to meet work schedules and deadlines. • Skills in feasibility study, Procurement, Estimation project controls, cost estimates, quantity take offs, and manpower requirements for proposals, forecast, and change orders. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 12 years of experience in MEP field with high-rise experience. • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. • Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
