Dubai-registered iGaming platform development company offering Turnkey and White Label solutions to operators and entrepreneurs across global markets. With a strong focus on Asian markets — particularly India and South Asia — we are growing our commercial team and looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join us.
What You'll Do:
- Design and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify and engage potential operators and partners seeking iGaming platform solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads across assigned markets through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and industry events.
- Handle all inbound lead inquiries — qualify, follow up, and advance prospects through the sales funnel.
- Conduct product walkthroughs, pitch presentations, and Q&A sessions with prospects to drive conversions.
- Contribute to market entry strategies, competitive landscape mapping, and pricing benchmarking for new territories.
- Track industry trends and regulatory shifts across Asian markets and provide intelligence to leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver weekly/monthly BD performance reports to management.
- Operate in full compliance with UAE laws, international gaming licensing norms, and company data privacy policies.

Skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field (or equivalent B2B sales experience)
Experience
- 1–3 years in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or account management
- Experience in digital, tech, iGaming, fintech, or SaaS platform sales is a strong plus
- Exposure to Asian markets (India, South Asia, Southeast Asia) is highly preferred
- Freshers with strong commercial acumen and drive will be considered
Languages
- English — Mandatory (spoken & written)
- Hindi — Strong advantage
- Additional Indian regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.) — Welcome

- Strong commercial instincts — ability to identify, qualify, and close deals independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident in pitching and negotiating
- Self-driven and highly organized; capable of managing a multi-stage pipeline with minimal supervision
- Strategic thinker who can execute at the ground level
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools: Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
