Roles & Responsibilities

• Optimize fleet utilization by strategically allocating vehicles to meet operational demands, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
• Implement and enforce strict maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure vehicle safety, compliance, and longevity, reducing unexpected repair costs.
• Manage and oversee a team of drivers and support staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
• Analyze operational data, including fuel consumption, mileage, and repair costs, to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for fleet management.

• Demonstrates atleast 2+ years of progressive experience in fleet management, showing a proven track record of success in optimizing operations.

• Holds relevant certifications, such as Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) or similar, showcasing commitment to professional development.

• Exhibits a deep understanding of fleet management software and telematics systems, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Must have Valid UAE Driving License
