Location: SOL Coffee - Business Bay
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. If you love coffee, care about quality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Position : Commis Chef Hot kitchen & Basic Pastry/Dessert
-Assist in food preparation and cooking according to café standards
-Support both savory dishes and basic pastry/dessert preparation
-Follow recipes and instructions from the chef accurately
-Prepare ingredients (prep work) for daily operations
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment
-Assist in plating and ensuring food is ready for service
-Support the chef during busy service periods
-Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
Skills
-1–3 years of kitchen experience (junior candidates willing to learn are welcome)
-Ability to prepare both food and basic pastries/desserts
-Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and baking fundamentals
-Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
-Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
-Willingness to learn and develop skills
Working Hours : 6 days/weeks
