Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design innovative architectural solutions that meet client needs while adhering to local building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality throughout the project lifecycle.
Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using advanced software to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and inform design decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with a focus on sustainable design preferred.
Licensed Architect with relevant board certifications, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and ethics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven portfolio showcasing diverse project types.
Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Revit or ArchiCAD, is essential for modern design workflows.
