Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all joinery works on site (woodwork, cabinetry, doors, wall panels, counters, etc.)
Coordinate with joinery factory, carpenters, and subcontractors
Ensure works are executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications
Monitor installation quality, finishing, and workmanship standards
Plan and control daily manpower and work schedules
Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, and other trades
Identify site issues and ensure timely rectification
Ensure health, safety, and housekeeping at site
Report daily progress and material requirements to management
Desired Candidate Profile
5–10 years experience in joinery / interior fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of joinery installation and finishes
Experience working on restaurants, retail, and commercial interiors
Ability to read and understand shop drawings and BOQs
Good coordination and site supervision skills
Familiar with UAE site practices and HSE requirements
Immediate joiners preferred
