About the job Office Manager - Temporary Maternity Cover
Hiring: Office Manager (Contract – 3 to 6 Months)
Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000/month
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Preference will be given to candidates on their own visa with a minimum validity of 6+ months
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a leading organization on a 3–6 month maternity cover contract. This role requires a highly organized professional who can oversee finance administration, office operations, compliance, and team coordination with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices, reimbursements, monthly cash flow reporting & bank reconciliations (AED / USD / JPY accounts)
- Support audits, VAT refund processes, and coordinate with external accounting partners (including PWC)
- Oversee renewals of contracts, visas, licenses, and ensure compliance deadlines are met
- Track operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage banking administration, vendor compliance checks, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of company assets, contracts, leave balances, and employee admin documentation
- Take ownership of fleet / driver / parking coordination and related operational arrangements
- Introduce and manage a centralized calendar for key deadlines, business trips, and annual leave schedules
- Coordinate closely with HQ Admin / HR teams and provide overall office administrative leadership
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years' experience in Office Management / Administration / Finance Coordination
- Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, payroll coordination, and vendor management
- Experience handling corporate administration, documentation, and operational reporting
- Highly organized with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Available immediately - Own visa with 6+ months validity highly preferred
