Position Overview
Pacha New York is seeking a commercially driven and
analytical Revenue Manager to lead ticketing revenue strategy across General
Admission (GA) and VIP experiences. This role will be responsible for
maximising revenue performance through dynamic pricing, inventory management,
demand forecasting, and sales optimisation across a high-volume live events
environment.
Working closely with Marketing, VIP, Programming, Finance,
and E-commerce teams, the Revenue Manager will play a key role in driving
profitability, sell-through performance, and pricing strategy across all events
and venue experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage pricing
strategies for GA and VIP ticket inventory to maximise revenue, attendance, and
yield
- Monitor ticket sales
performance, booking pace, demand trends, and market conditions to optimise
pricing and inventory allocation in real time
- Oversee ticket scaling,
release strategies, tier management, and sell-through pacing across all events
- Collaborate closely with
Marketing and E-commerce teams to align pricing and sales strategies with
campaign activity and commercial objectives
- Analyse historical sales
data, consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and event performance to support
forecasting and revenue planning
- Work alongside VIP and
Operations teams to optimise table inventory, floor plans, capacity
utilisation, and guest spend opportunities
- Prepare regular revenue
reports, performance insights, and forecasting updates for senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within
Revenue Management, Ticketing, Yield Management, Pricing Strategy, or
Commercial Analytics within nightlife, live entertainment, hospitality,
festivals, or ticketed venues.
- Strong understanding of
ticketing strategy, dynamic pricing, inventory management, and demand
forecasting.
- Experience managing pricing
strategies for both General Admission and VIP products within high-volume
entertainment environments.
- Strong analytical and
commercial decision-making skills with the ability to react quickly to changing
market conditions.
- Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience working with
ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster, Dice, Tixr, Resident Advisor,
Eventbrite, Universe, or similar systems is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of
guest purchasing behaviour and sales conversion strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, high-pressure nightlife and entertainment environment.
- Excellent communication and
stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to support
evenings, weekends, and event schedules where required.
- This role will be based in
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the successful candidate must be comfortable
working aligned to United States business hours to support the New York
operation.
