Senior Exhibition Coordinator – Contemporary Art Gallery Location: Dubai, UAE – Full-time Arturo Palomba Art Gallery LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Exhibition Coordinator to support the planning, organization and execution of contemporary art exhibitions, cultural projects and gallery events in Dubai. This is a full-time position. Compensation and benefits will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience and profile. The selected candidate will coordinate exhibition logistics, artist communication, installation planning and internal follow-up activities, working closely with the gallery management and external partners. Key responsibilities include:Coordinating exhibition planning, preparation and execution Supporting communication with artists, collectors, suppliers and partners Assisting with artwork handling, installation planning and exhibition timelines Coordinating gallery events, private viewings and cultural initiatives Supporting documentation, checklists and internal reporting Working closely with the gallery team to ensure smooth project delivery Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in exhibition coordination, gallery operations, cultural project management or related roles Experience working with contemporary art exhibitions or cultural events Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines Professional communication and attention to detail Ability to work in an international and client-oriented environment Fluency in English is required Knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage Additional languages are a plus Candidates are encouraged to review the role carefully and apply if their experience aligns with the requirements of the position.
