Job Details

Choco Loco is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts & CRM Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting tasks, customer service operations, and CRM system management while contributing to smooth internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and financial documents• Handle customer inquiries and follow up using CRM systems• Support the management of CRM & ERP platforms and update customer information regularly• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient customer service and operations• Prepare reports and assist with data entry and documentation• Maintain organized digital and physical records
Requirements:• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, customer service, or administrative support• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software• Familiarity with CRM & ERP systems• Good communication and organizational skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace• Fluent in English, both written and spoken• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
