Dhabi Enterprises Establishment is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and service coordination for marine chemicals and oil field supplies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests. The position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
• Provide basic technical information about marine chemicals, oil field products, and their applications
• Prepare and send quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents to customers
• Track order status and provide regular updates to customers as requested
• Maintain accurate customer records and update contact information in the company database
• Assist in resolving routine order discrepancies or delivery concerns
• Coordinate with internal departments including production, quality control, and logistics to fulfill customer requests
• Support accounts receivable team with follow-up on outstanding payments as needed
• Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, order processing, or administrative role, preferably in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial products sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
• Basic understanding of chemical or industrial products is helpful but not required
